Will E. McLaughlin - President and CEO.
Since 2004, Mr. McLaughlin has managed and provided services to
affiliates of Antioch Energy LLC on the acquisition, development, and
operations of oil and gas working interests in Texas. Previously, Mr.
McLaughlin as a Member and Manager of McLaughlin Merchant Partners LLC,
a mergers and acquisitions advisory firm, provided advisory services for
industrial and manufacturing companies. Prior to joining McLaughlin
Merchant Partners LLC, and its predecessor, he was an account executive
with The Principal/Eppler, Guerin, & Turner, Inc. (Member Firm NYSE).
Before joining The Principal / Eppler, Guerin, & Turner, Inc., Mr.
McLaughlin was employed by Schlumberger Sedco Forex Drilling as a
rig/drilling engineer in Aberdeen, Scotland, and in the North Sea. Mr.
McLaughlin is a Member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and holds a
B.S. in Physics from The University of Texas at Austin.

Robert W. ‘Mac’ McLaughlin - General
Counsel and Land Management. Since 2004, Mr. McLaughlin advises and
manages affiliates of Antioch Energy LLC on oil and gas industry
matters. Previously, Mr. McLaughlin as a Member and Manager of
McLaughlin Merchant Partners LLC, a mergers and acquisitions advisory
firm provided advisory services for industrial and manufacturing
companies. Prior to formally organizing McLaughlin Merchant Partners LLC
in 2000, he managed its predecessor firm in mergers and acquisitions
matters and business operational matters since 1978 for clients in
technology, real estate development, restaurants, hotels, automobile
leasing, oil & gas, and other ventures . He started his career with Hunt
Oil Company upon graduation from law school. Mr. McLaughlin is a Member of the State
Bar of Texas and holds a J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law
and a B.A. English from Monmouth College. |
